Dye Sublimation
We print onto paper rolls that are 126” wide, and then we transfer that print
onto fabric of a similar width. Paper transfer dye sublimation yields the highest
quality print quality for fabric graphics. We can print 10 foot wide seamless
graphics to any length needed.
Our industry leading laser fabric cutting ensures consistency and accuracy, as
well as providing tremendous speed. Our CNC controlled SEG Fabric Laser can
cut up a roll faster than any other method, compensating for fabric stretch.
In addition, we test every SEG print run in our proprietary testing system to
ensure that your SEG print will fit in the frame every time.

Dye sublimation provides a number of benefits for large format graphics. The fabric provides a soft feel and ambiance for retail environments. With dye sublimation (unline with other fabric printing methods), the print becomes part of the fabric, it is not merely a surface coating, meaning prints can be gently folded for cost efficent transport. When the fabric gets onsite, it is then stretched out across your display.
When viewed side-by-side, dye sublimation blows UV fabric printing and Ecosolvent fabric printing out of the water. We can UV print fabrics too, so we know!
Since the graphics are printed onto fabric, they are lightweight and durable. The graphic for even a large frame like a 30 ft x 8 ft fabric wall ships in a small box and installs in minutes. Very few companies offer 10 foot wide seamless Dye sublimation. Our quality is the best, Testrite has invested in climate controlled facilities, color matching instruments and industry leading equipment for each and every stage of the production process.
In-House Finishing Department Climate Controlled Facilities State of the Art Laser Cutting
Our equipment includes:
- Dual CMYK Printers, with 100% redundancy across machines, able to print 126” W both paper transfer and direct-to-fabric
- Laser cutting with ultra precision, as our fabrics are cut in a relaxed state, whether 8-1/2” x 11” or 360” x 120”
- Full in house sewing department with a wide range of sewing capabilities, including equipment dedicated to turning out the highest quality graphic finishing at scale to pair with Testrite’s hardware.
Our finishing department have specialized sewing equipment and operators with years of experience because proper finishing is so important.
Sewing lines look clean, straight and consistent. No zig zag sew lines on a retractable for example.
Specialties include Pillowcase Graphics as well as SEG Graphics and Fabric Walls.
